Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to:
- New Zealand
- USA and Canada
- Singapore
If we don't ship to your location, perhaps consider any family, friends, work colleagues that you know in Australia. Would they be willing to take delivery of your order then forward it to you?
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or postage charges and they are the buyer's/recipients responsibility. We recommend that you check with your country's customs office to determine if your order will require customs duty to be paid.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
Our current production time for orders is a full 3 business days with shipping on the 4th business day. Business days are Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays and weekends). *Choosing express post does not speed up our production time
Extended production times - usually an extra 2 business days - may be required during busier times of the year (most notably over the Christmas and New Year).
*SkinWraps reserves the right to reprint an order or part thereof (without notice) if a flaw is discovered at packaging time. This may result in a 1-2 day delay with mailout.
How much does shipping cost?
Cost varies depending on what you're ordering and where you're located, you'll be able to see these costs before you commit to buying anything in your shopping cart.
All orders are shipped with tracked postage. We recommend that if receiving your order quickly is important to you, that you take up Express Post option as it has a faster postage time than flat rate/standard shipping.
*Orders with express postage option are still subject to our 3 business day handling time for production.
Do you have shipping discounts?
Yes, spend $60 or more on skins in a single order to receive free ordinary or discounted tracked shipping, within Australia.
What shipping methods do you use?
We use Australia Post large letter and parcel services. Flat rate is the cheapest method with options for registered/insured post and express post available. The fastest postage method is express.
What delivery time-frame can I expect?
Since the end of March, 2020, Australia Post has experienced a significant increase in mail as Australians social distance and prefer to shop online. This has resulted in an unpredictable delivery schedule for items posted around Australia.
Usual delivery time-frame estimates - based on our experiences over the last 12 months - are:
- Free, Standard & Registered mail - 7 to 14 business days
- Express Post - 2-5 business days*
Christmas Order Cut-Off Date
Usually December 10th - 12th : check the store banner which will display the cut off time closer to December each year.
We cannot guarantee that orders placed after our displayed cut off date will arrive in time ; we recommend taking up Express Post to give your order the best possible chance to be delivered by AusPost on or before December 24th.
Important Information about Parcel Lockers
Please ensure you have read and understood Australia Post's parcel locker rules and guidelines before supplying a parcel locker address for your order.
Many of our products are shipped as large letters because they are too small to be considered a parcel. AusPost may refuse to deliver a letter rate article to a parcel locker and redirect to the street address that they have on file for you.
Please consider this before supplying a parcel locker address for your order.
Important Information about Returned Mail
We will email you, should your order be returned to us for reasons beyond our control such as, but not limited to:
- Uncollected from post office
- Incorrect or Not Known at address
- Delivery refused
- Customs duty not paid resulting in order being returned to sender
If you would like your order to be put back into the post we will require you to pay another lot of postage.
If you do not respond to our notification that your order has been returned; or decide you no longer want your order and request a refund, we will create a store credit within our store for you, minus the original postage cost and minus a 15% restocking fee.
Custom orders (includes custom sized generic laptop panels and skins printed with an image you have supplied at purchase time) cannot be returned nor refunded.
